qarshi clinics OF NATURAL MEDICINES (qCNMs)
Qarshi Foundation operates a network of 94 Qarshi Clinics of Natural Medicines (QCNMs) across Pakistan including Punjab, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Baluchistan, Sindh, Gilgit Baltistan, and Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
The network includes 69 QCNMs established in prisons and 25 for the general public. According to our Vision 2040, Qarshi Foundation has planned to establish 1000 QCNMs within Pakistan and Globally.
Performance Evaluation

The performance of staff and all the clinics are measured through predefined indicators e.g. number of beneficiaries each month and year cost control, and cure percentage.

Staff is also measured through discipline, due diligence, work quality, and various other factors, through a well-established system by our Human Resource Department.

All technical staff is provided modern medical literature and books to keep themselves up to date.

All the staff is also encouraged to improve their education and skills.
Monitoring and Compliance

All QCNMs are monitored on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis.

QF has an internal Field Audit System as well as an external Audits System.

Qarshi Foundation also welcomes third-party audits.
